I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable base for my trip. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making my experience even better. However, while the gym and pool facilities were good, the hotel could benefit from some updates in certain areas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore Paris. However, the service at the reception wasn't the best; the woman's attitude put a damper on my welcome. Overall, I would recommend this place for its great ambiance and helpful staff, but keep in mind that the initial reception experience could be improved.

While the location is somewhat convenient for getting around the city, the persistent maintenance issues and lack of attention to customer service really let the experience down. The rooms were clean, but the overall comfort was not what I expected, especially for a hotel featuring spa amenities. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
